Guide to screen works and their creators
A true story: many years ago, there was a cinema owner who was in the habit of removing the credits from all the films he showed. He liked to give the impression that they were all his own work... Things have moved on since then, and we know a lot, arguably a little too much, about the people who star in films. But what about the men and women who make the films? Spielberg and Hitchcock we know about, but there are plenty of other directors past and present just as deserving of our attention. REEL PEOPLE throws the spotlight onto auteur directors and the films they have made.
